Welcome to the Equature Portal (“Portal”). By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Portal.

- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for Portal access.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Equature, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

- Your violation of these Terms, or
- Any third-party claims related to your actions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. All disputes will be resolved in the courts of Oakland County, Michigan.
11. Changes to These Terms
Equature may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on the Portal. Continued use of the Portal after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
